Will I experience down time?

When switching over to Arbeit’s VoIP service, you may expect some down time. Our expert team will go over the expected down time with you in advance. Typically, down time can range from none to 3 hours depending on if you need to port numbers, how many agents you have, and if you are switching to a hard phone or a soft phone.
